As a customer, you have the right to cancel and return the command made on-line within 14 days, for whatever reason and without any justification, unless you have used the product or in the situation where the nature, characteristics and functioning has been verified the product.

Within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the reception of returned products, we oblige us to return the value of the product or returned products.

If the purchased product shows defects or evident faults, a regulated situation of DISP. Chapter III of Law no. 449/2003, it is covered by the warranty and will be replaced by a new product without defect within 14 days of the non-compliant product reception, only in the situation in which you opt for this. If you do not want this or it is not possible to replace in the 14 days then we will return the purchased product. In this case, the cost of transport is borne by us, according to art. 12 of Law no. 449/2003.
Within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date when we receive and accept the product, we will reimburse your consideration as follows:
- For orders paid for courier / in advance via the option, the value will be refunded in the account you note below in the return form.
- For orders paid by the online card - the value will be refunded in the account from which the PayPay payment processor has been made.
The allocation of the amount in your account is carried out within 24-48 hours in the case of orders paid for courier / advance repayment via OP and within 48 hours - 14 days depending on the card issuer if you have paid the card online.
If you want another product, you have to place a new order on our site.
Any product you want to return must be as you received, unused, without traces of wearing or hitting, in the original package (box, bag) and accompanied by all the original accessories and documentation with which it was delivered.
The product must be properly packed in a cardboard or in the packaging in which it was initially delivered so it does not deteriorate. We recommend that you put the product in the initial and subsequent packaging in another box, but in no way you do not stick the adhesive tape on the original packaging!
